I offer private tuition either in my home or at the client’s own premises by arrangement.

Private one-to-one yoga sessions mean you get my full attention so we can focus on whatever you would like to.

They are great if you have never tried yoga before as they can help you learn the basics to give you confidence before you join a class.

They are also useful if you are struggling with anything in class such as the breathing or positioning of some moves.
Equally if you are looking to move on to more complex postures, then this is a great way of me showing you how.
If you are recovering from an injury and would like to know how to adapt postures specifically for your injury then you must have permission from your doctor to mobilise the affected part of your body before we start.

Many people only need one or a few private yoga sessions and others prefer ongoing private sessions to classes.

I was recently advised by a consultant to try yoga for an ongoing health condition so I went to Karen knowing she was qualified in teaching yoga to help various health issues.
