About me:
Hello, I’m Karen, a yoga teacher with 14 years of teaching experience, based in Woking. I support busy professionals, parents, and wellness-seekers to reconnect with strength, calm, and clarity.
My journey with yoga began over 20 years ago when I moved to the USA with work and joined a class to meet people. I discovered a system that helped me manage the long commute by creating strength in my body and the intensity of project work by creating clarity in my mind to name just a few of the benefits.
Since then, yoga has supported me through every season of life from the intensity of parenting to career shifts and personal growth.
Today, I specialize in yoga that’s realistic, effective, and rooted in both modern understanding and traditional yoga philosophy. My approach supports the physical and emotional body, with an emphasis on nervous system regulation, breath, and sustainable strength.

Each week, you’ll receive gentle, practical tools that fit into your day and create real change from the inside out

Short and powerful sessions designed to help you reconnect, reset, and recharge. The sessions will incorporate the following aspects:

Gentle questions and reflections to support your self-awareness, boundaries, and emotional clarity.

Joint-friendly yoga and calming breathwork to move in ways that feel good and nourishing, while building resilience in your joints, muscles, and nervous system.
💬 Live Weekly Support Call (approx. 1 hour)
A discussion topic to help remove the barriers that you might have and time to ask questions, share wins, and get real-time support.
